-Les personnes sur IRC sont reconnues par le bot en fonction de leur pseudo!user@host. Autrement dit, si je suis sur IRC en tant que :

-Eggdrop m'identifiera en tant que "CrazyCatcrazycat@miaou.zeolia.chat" et pas seulement en fonction de mon pseudo.
-Eggdrop n'a pas de niveaux d'accès comme certains bots. Il n'y a pas de numéros ou de titres sans signification. Au lieu de cela, chaque utilisateur a des //flags// qui lui donnent droit à certains privilèges. Pensez à un flag comme à un badge. Chaque utilisateur peut avoir un nombre quelconque de flags, vous pouvez n'avoir aucun flag, ou vous pouvez les avoir tous. Certains flags sont bons, d'autres mauvais. Chaque flag est identifié par une lettre. Un flag de canal ne s'applique qu'à un canal spécifique, tandis qu'un drapeau global s'applique à tous les canaux. Les indicateurs globaux standard sont les suivants:
